Initial situation

JJ Julius Son, frontman of the Icelandic band Kaleo, launched his own wine line with Maison Wessman. While he was well known in the music scene, he lacked brand awareness in the wine world and a clear market entry plan for Germany.

 

Strategy & implementation

Fine Wine Solutions took over exclusive marketing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together with Maison Wessman, a brand story was created that brings JJ Julius Son's musical DNA to life in the wines – including the ‘Raven Blood’ (Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon) and ‘White Raven’ (Chardonnay) lines.
